We’re thrilled to be hosting a private wine-themed river cruise group embarking in Switzerland on October 22, 2020. We’ll be sailing along the Rhine from Basel to Amsterdam onboard AmaWaterway’s beautiful ship, the AmaDante.

We’ll be visiting 4 European countries, and enjoying time in Switzerland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Of course, the Rhine Valley is a world-renowned region for wine production, and we’ll have several opportunities to visit vineyards, taste some excellent wine, and talk to the experts who produce it.
Food and Wine Onboard
On board the AmaDante, the meals will be crafted with care by chefs who source local ingredients and foods to ensure that you are immersed in the cuisine of the area. Lunches and dinners are all paired with regional wines to showcase the area’s excellent production and variety.
Pre and Post Cruise Programs
Join us in Basel for 2 nights pre-cruise, where we’ll settle in and indulge in a decadent wine a chocolate tasting. After the cruise, stay an extra night or two so that you can experience Amsterdam, home to some very unique wine cellars. We’ll meet in one of these cellars to taste some excellent wines and sample some of the delicious cheeses that are produced in the area.
